I haven't gotten my first box, but I am now being billed for my second?

Sorry, but depending on your location in the world, shipping times can significantly vary.

In general, it depends on when you've ordered your first box. All first boxes ordered up to the 7th of the month are shipped on the 24th. If you've made an order from the 8th to the 25th they will be shipped on the 28th. If you've made an order after the 25th your box will be shipped in the next few days, but you will be charged for the next incoming box on the 1st of the month.
