How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time, there is no penalty or fee.

Follow the instructions below:

IMPORTANT: Canceling your subscription does not cancel your order!

Please note that all The Otaku Box subscriptions are self-managed. You will be charged every month until/unless you cancel.

Please request cancelation at least 2-3 days before the next billing cycle (1st of the month). Due to the time zones 1st of the month isn't the same in the US, EU, or Japan :).
