How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 9 - 28 days, depending on your location.

Usually, the box is delivered from the 5th to the 15th of the month. But there is always a possibility something can go wrong as it's international shipping.

There could be a flight delay, COVID restriction, customs inspection, etc.

The most important is DON'T PANIC. If you don't receive the box, contact me, and I'll check the tracking number; contact my shipping manager and update you if there is a delay or provide you with a new box if the box is lost (YES, this can happen).

In most cases, You've set the wrong address :). Missing the apartment number or house number, wrong ZIP code, and similar will reflect with not receiving your box.
