How can I request a lost / damaged box replacement?

You need to contact me!

It happens! Box can be lost in transport, misplaced by customs, or even stolen.

Very rarely, the box could be seriously damaged in transport or by a local shipping company.

In both cases, please send me an email at support@theotakubox.com.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to contact me as soon as you are sure the box is lost, or you received a seriously damaged box.
