How can I request a missing / broken item replacement?

You just need to contact me!  I will ask that you send me a picture of the items you received, and then I can send out the missing or broken items. I sometimes combine missing/damaged items with the next month’s box. However, I can only do this for boxes that are three months old. That means if you contact me about an item from a box in July, and it is December, I won't be able to replace the damaged item (I make a limited number of items every month).
