My box hasn't arrived yet. Can you help me?

On the 24th and 28th of the month, I send out tracking numbers for boxes.

Please track through parcelsapp.

Please check your tracking number regularly (I don't watch everyone's tracking number).

If the tracking number says “delivered” and you did not get your box contact me at  support@theotakubox.com.
